Showcasing his talent on a national level, he landed his first televised appearance on BET’s ComicView. The release of “Jo Koy: Live at the Improv,” his debut comedy album, was a pivotal moment in his career.

After Jo joined well-known comedians Rob Schneider and John Witherspoon on their “Catch Me If You Can” tour, she became more well-known. He was given his Comedy Central Presents special, which cemented his place in the business.
